the things i have to do

i'm in the car driving home from church today and dana (who is in wisconsin with anna and rachael for the weekend) calls. the conversation goes something as follows:

dana: "we're at wendy's and we're having a fight... so i need you to tell me something. i need to know who the oldest jonas brother is."
me: "i'm driving home right now, but i'll look it up when i get there."
dana: "you don't know?"
me: "i don't even know their names."
dana: "nick, joe, and kevin. nick is the youngest because he's the one who dated miley, but we don't know if joe or kevin is the oldest"

we decide that i'll call her after i get home and have looked up not just names and ages, but i also need to see what they look like so i can tell her which one is the one she likes. so i google it and call her back to tell her the order (nick is the youngest, joe is in the middle, and kevin is the oldest) and then i have to describe each to her. well, joe and kevin both have straight hair so i don't know which one she likes. from the picture i figured probably kevin and then i'm being told that it should be easy to tell because one is hot and one is not. like i needed that extra pressure. i still figured it'd be kevin. then she asks which one sings. well, that'd be joe. well, that's the one she likes. i guess i was wrong. i'll have to have her look at the pictures and see if i would have been right based solely on those. oh and also, i had to imdb camp rock to see which one starred in it... ay yi yi! i could handle the hsm obsession and the miley one just fine, but i just don't know about the jonas brothers.
