apparently i can still pass for a high schooler...

i went to my kids muscial last night and when i bought my ticket, the mom selling them asks, "student?" and i go, "no, teacher" and probably should have just said adult but teacher popped out first and then i could hear her telling the parent next to her how the teachers just keep getting younger and younger. and i was even wearing what i wore to school! granted it was friday, but i was dressed up more than usual... fridays i wear normal jeans and a maroon t-shirt (usually central math or yes, we can, but sometimes a football or basketball one or even my calculator one!) yesterday i was wearing my denim pants (they are not jeans... they are nicer and not tight!) with a white button up shirt! i mean it's not like a fancy dress shirt... it's more casual... short puff sleeves, but still! i guess i did have my hair pulled half back which apparently makes me look younger (i pulled my hair into a pony tail at the end of the day yesterday and my kids last period commented on how much better i looked... which i'm assuming meant i looked younger because they are always commenting on my clothes and how i need ones that fit better... right, because i'm gonna wear tight clothes and yesterday since i looked young one girl asked if i would wear a shirt like hers and i go, yeah, but with jeans (she was wearing leggings) and they are just like, no, and i'm like, hi, i have to dress professionally, i'm not wearing skin tight clothing... ay yi yi). but anyway, i'm 25 years old but can pass for a teenager at my place of employment. awesome.
